Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking two Quality Field Coordinators for a major construction project in Taylor, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to grow in QA/QC and construction quality on a large, high-profile site.

You will participate in field inspections, support Quality Plans, review ITPs, coordinate with contractors and third-party inspectors, and help track NCRs, punch lists, and documentation while travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of QA/QC field experience; 3+ years preferred
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and QMS

Responsibilities

• Attend field inspections and report quality findings to project leadership
• Support implementation of Quality Plans and QA/QC procedures
• Review ITPs before work begins
• Coordinate inspections with contractors, suppliers, and third parties
• Track NCRs, punch lists, and corrective actions through closure
• Maintain quality records and material traceability
• Review material submittals for compliance with specs
• Assist with QA/QC KPI tracking and reporting
• Coordinate quality-control and mitigation plans with project teams
