Job summary

Sanofi Swiftwater seeks a Quality Excellence Manager to lead site-wide continuous improvement, drive SMS 2.0 adoption, and sustain product quality and operations excellence on the manufacturing floor and in quality systems.

You will analyze complex data with Excel and Power BI, build dashboards, mentor teams, and partner with regulatory, QA, and operations to deliver robust CAPA programs and metrics. This role is on-site in Swiftwater, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with pharmaceutical exposure.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience driving operational excellence and CAPA programs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of quality excellence and ensure SMS 2.0 implementation.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to boost product quality and efficiency.
• Monitor quality performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support investigations to determine true root causes and CAPA relevance.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Lead the quality excellence team and ensure capability for activities.
• Collaborate on global quality initiatives and on-site networking.
