The Quality Engineering Technician plays an integral role at Day & Zimmermann located at the Munitions facility in Texarkana, TX. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive quality control systems that ensure our products meet rigorous industry standards and our customers' expectations. By applying advanced testing and inspection procedures, the technician guarantees compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements. The position involves conducting audits to identify any discrepancies or deficiencies in quality systems and working collaboratively with production teams to drive continuous improvements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to manufacturing excellence, enhance product reliability, and support the overarching mission of delivering superior quality munitions and government products safely and effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Quality Engineering Technician combines technical expertise, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to uphold and advance the organization's quality standards. This position fosters a proactive approach towards quality management and encourages the adoption of best practices in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
10% Ability to travel and support various D&Z sites as needed by the company

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $52,160 - $78,240. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
