Cognizant is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager in the Travel Domain to lead functional analysis, API testing, and test automation across airline reservation and travel distribution platforms. This onsite role may require work from a Cognizant or client office in Denver, CO or Atlanta, GA, with potential remote arrangements based on business needs.

About the Role

As a Quality Engineering Manager - Travel Domain , you will make an impact by leading functional analysis, API testing strategy, and test automation initiatives across airline reservation and travel distribution platforms. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, development teams, and quality engineering professionals to deliver high-quality business solutions.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead functional analysis and quality engineering initiatives for airline reservation and travel distribution systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional and testing solutions.
• Define and oversee REST API testing strategies to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Drive test automation design and implementation using Katalon Studio and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership, governance, and quality oversight to ensure successful program delivery across multiple workstreams.

Work Model

Qualified candidates located elsewhere within the United States may also be considered for a remote work arrangement based on business and client requirements. Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $89,100 – $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
