A Medical Device company in the New Britain PA area is looking for a Quality Engineering Manager. This person will be responsible for leading various projects to continuously improve the company’s products and processes. This role works closely with department managers and team leads to define improvement goals and measure and analyze process capabilities. They will conduct root-cause analysis, implement changes for improvement and monitor ongoing performance. They will perform FMEAs, undertake risk mitigation projects, identify and report quality-related trends, and implement systems to detect trends. They will lead the way with implementing standard quality processes across various departments, perform audits, and assist teams in resolving corrective actions. This person will be driven and a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. They will oversee a team of about 10-15 Quality Engineers and should have excellent mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
