The Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for leading quality engineering teams that ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality technology solutions supporting Medicare business operations. This role drives quality strategy, test automation, quality governance, release readiness, and continuous improvement across multiple applications and platforms. The successful candidate will partner closely with software engineering, product, operations, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to establish quality standards, improve testing efficiency, and accelerate delivery through automation and modern quality engineering practices.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
