Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years of quality-related experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience with aerospace quality systems (AS9100/NADCAP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to achieve product yield improvements and cost reduction in ceramic cores/parts.
• Direct part quality activities and align with customer expectations.
• Support NPI to ensure processes meet customer requirements and PFMEA risk insights.
