Job summary

Nordson Corporation in New Hampshire seeks a Quality Engineering Manager to lead quality engineering, calibration, and inspection across multiple manufacturing sites. You will partner with operations to improve product quality, reduce COPQ, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will build a high-performing team, apply risk-based decision making, SPC, and CAPA to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related quality field.
• Minimum 10 years of Quality Management experience.
• Medical device manufacturing experience required.
• Multi-site leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop quality engineering teams across multiple sites.
• Provide resource prioritization to support objectives and production needs.
• Lead CAPA, nonconformance investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive risk-based decision making and data-driven improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
