Job summary

Brio Water is looking for a Quality Engineer who will be responsible for developing test methods, investigating technical issues, and leading quality improvement initiatives. The role requires a strong background in quality engineering, specifically in manufacturing environments, with expertise in problem-solving methodologies and robust analytical skills.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to ensure product quality and compliance. Brio Water offers a competitive salary range of $110,000–$125,000 per year, along with an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing, preferably in refrigeration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO–1001 QMS requirements.
• Proven track record in structured root cause analysis investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce Quality Management System documentation.
• Conduct audits and coordinate inspections including NSF/ANSI compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
