Accenture Flex is seeking a Quality Engineer Tester Manual to ensure solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements and user stories. You will design test cases, identify defects, and work with delivery teams to ensure reliable user-ready releases.

You will lead testing efforts, develop comprehensive test plans, mentor peers, and collaborate across teams to improve testing frameworks while addressing continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in manual testing.

Responsibilities

• Design test cases, identify and document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure reliable releases.
• Develop test plans and strategies covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support less experienced colleagues by sharing testing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing frameworks and product quality.
• Note: Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano, TX.
