Job summary

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer / Test Engineer with strong Facets and healthcare payer domain knowledge to develop and execute risk-based testing strategies across applications, integrations, data, and regulatory business processes. The role will ensure that regulatory and business requirements are validated end-to-end before production release.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk-based test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Perform functional and end-to-end testing across Facets, Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Validate regulatory requirements and ensure implemented solutions meet defined acceptance criteria.
• Perform system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for impacted healthcare applications.
• Validate data movement and business rules across upstream and downstream systems.
• Perform Claims and Eligibility transaction validation within Facets and integrated applications.
• Lead or participate in defect triage, including defect analysis, prioritization, retesting, and closure validation.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test scenarios, test cases, defects, and regulatory outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business/Regulatory Analysts, Solution Architects, Engineers, and business stakeholders.
