Job summary

Honeywell INC. is seeking a Quality Engineer Technician to support quality assurance and control activities within manufacturing.

Based in Acton, MA, you will perform inspections, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives on-site, reporting to the Quality Engineer Manager. The role requires 2+ years in a manufacturing or quality environment, with experience reading blueprints and using inspection tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with inspection tools and measurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, quality systems software).

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products.
• Record and analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
• Support investigation of non-conforming materials and assist with RCA and CAPA.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and control plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues.
