Job summary

Electromed, Inc. seeks a Quality Engineer to advance supplier quality, manage nonconforming material, and support complaint handling. You will partner with suppliers, Operations, and Regulatory to resolve issues affecting incoming materials and field performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in quality roles, with ISO 9001/13485 familiarity. Location is New Prague, MN, with flexible work options. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a hands-on Quality role (supplier quality, incoming quality, complaints, nonconformance, or related).
• ASQ certification preferred: CQE, CRE, CSQP, CQA, CQI, CSSGB, CSSBB, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve root causes of nonconforming material.
• Administer the MRB process for disposition of rejected material.
• Maintain supplier quality performance metrics and scorecards.
• Lead or participate in supplier audits and re-evaluations.
• Support supplier corrective actions and follow-up.
