Plans, organizes, develops, and directs all supplier‑quality related activities—including contract requirements review and adoption, Quality Assurance Plan input, Parts Plan development, Statement of Work generation, CDRL/EIDP requirements, Quality Requirements Checklist/Letter creation, Q‑Code Matrix creation, PO coding (SCQ Coding group), and PMP/EEE engagement (Parts Plan, SP29D002). Provides proactive supplier engagement by supplying input for supplier selection (Supplier Scorecard), coordinating Special Process surveys after Supply Chain Management initiation, generating supplier inspection documents (PAI/SIP), participating in development and production milestone reviews (PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, HAR, and PSR), and applying Risk Based Source and Receiving Inspection (RBSRI) methodology. Supports production and ATLO operations through management of supplier‑liable defect notices (QNotes), Supplier Corrective Action Notices and Requests (SCANs/SCARs), program Corrective Action Board (CAB) activities, Supplier Limited Approval Requests (SLARs), supplier‑improvement engagements, and Supplier Quality Management (SQM) metrics. In addition, support contract material‑transfer assessments and approvals, supplier Vender Request for Information or Change (VRICs), other QNotes, Failure Review Boards (FRBs), coordination of supplier status meetings, visit and audit scheduling, evaluation of Q‑Code removal, and SQM coordination items across suppliers, Receiving Inspection (RI), production centers, and ATLO.
Participate in or drive process improvement activity. May be certified in Lean and Six‑Sigma quality‑engineering methodologies.
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
