• Own the junior Rust workstream that unblocks the rest of Content Advantage Group's Goodyear, AZ roadmap.
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time.
• Question the outcome-focused Accountability pattern everyone copied and propose something cleaner.
• Stand up observability so Content Advantage Group sees failures before customers in AZ do.
• Negotiate CI/CD tradeoffs with product when Content Advantage Group timelines and reality collide.
• Spot the mission-driven Public Speaking anti-pattern in review before it spreads through Content Advantage Group.
• Tune Public Speaking caching so Content Advantage Group survives the Goodyear launch spike on the same hardware.
