• Develop and Implement Quality Control Processes:Create and execute quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct Audits and Inspections:Perform regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and guarantee adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze Manufacturing Processes:Analyze current manufacturing and production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through lean manufacturing principles.
• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions:Take proactive measures by implementing corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:Work closely with engineering, production, and other relevant departments to foster a collaborative approach to quality management and improvement.
• Participate in Cross-functional Teams:Join cross-functional teams to address specific quality-related challenges, providing expertise in quality engineering.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control, quality engineering, or a related field.
• CMM Training and in-line vision system experience.

Physical Requirements: This role involves regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Occasional lifting and/or moving of items over 50 pounds may be required. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Travel: As needed for vendor visits, machine Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), etc. We Offer:
