Job summary

VIVA USA INC is seeking a Quality Engineer for an onsite role in the United States. The position focuses on material inspection, QA/QC coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality programs.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in quality operations and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering or related field. This is an onsite role with focus on supplier-site inspections and release of shipments.

Description:

Quality Assurance consists of the development and implementation of effective methods and procedures and the use of proper equipment to effectively respond to requirements for accuracy of company products and services. Review and coordinate quality assurance and quality control specifications. Develop or evaluate quality programs, measure quality activities and coordinate quality functions. Recommend and implement measures to improve effectiveness of quality operations and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day responsibilities

Material inspection at the supplier site and approval to release shipments to the client site, document photos of data of shipments, problem solving on rejected shipments.

Top 3 hard must have skills required for this role

Problem Solving Skills, material inspection experience, knowledge in sheet metal manufacturing processes.

Highest level of education required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics Engineering or related.
