Job summary

PAR Systems UK Ltd is seeking a high-performing Quality Engineer - NQA-1 to ensure quality across regulated and non-regulated workflows, ensuring value in processes and outcomes. The role balances customer expectations with project technical and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QA experience, ability to lead audits, support supplier quality programs, and maintain meticulous documentation while navigating government and industry quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Quality Engineering or related concentration; experience may substitute for degree.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance within a heavily regulated industry.
• Experience in a technical, project-based engineering organization.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, purchase orders, and quality requirements.
• Direct experience with NQA-1, 10CFR50 Appendix B, ASME BPVC Section III, or ISO 19443 preferred.
• ASQ CQE, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of QA workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Lead internal and external audits and supplier quality programs.
• Perform regulatory compliance checks and maintain thorough process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
