Job summary

L2x Talent Solutions is seeking a QA Engineer to serve as the QA representative in NPI activities, guiding internal and customer teams through IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP processes. You will document validation plans, protocols, control plans, and results to ensure product quality.

You will lead quality tracking, root-cause analysis, and CAPA for new and sustaining products, interfacing with customers and internal teams to ensure ISO/QMS compliance.

Responsibilities

• QA rep in NPI guiding teams through IQ/OQ/PQ and PPAP activities.
• Document validation plans, protocols, control plans and results.
• Create quality tracking reports and review quality trends.
• Lead internal and customer audits and follow-up.
• Provide daily support to manufacturing quality tasks.
