Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Quality Engineer (Nights) for a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Greenville, NC. You will support sterile operations across manufacturing, filling, packaging, and inspection, owning quality improvements and driving continuous improvement with production teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least four years in QA/QC or manufacturing, and experience with aseptic processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology, engineering, or microbiology related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of QA/QC or Operations/Manufacturing experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical aseptic or sterile processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily quality assessments of facility, personnel, and documentation.
• Provide floor support to troubleshoot issues and reinforce aseptic technique.
• Champion quality culture and ensure policies are applied day-to-day.
• Participate in RAPID events, guide deviations, and escalate to QA management.
• Complete quality reviews and approvals for procedures and deviations, including root cause analysis.
