Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools
• Translate a napkin idea from Apple founders into a Next.js prototype
• Decode the undocumented Accountability service
• Own the mid-level Angular workstream that unblocks the Fayetteville, NC roadmap
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture
• Work closely with data teams to surface insights from production systems
• Translate fuzzy product wishes from Apple stakeholders into Empathy services
• Translate technology compliance rules into Empathy guardrails baked into the build
