Scanlan International, Inc. in St. Paul, MN, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support product quality, supplier quality, and continuous improvement. The role leads investigations, CAPA, and process improvements across manufacturing and supply chain and reports to the Quality Manager.

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary. Ideal for candidates with a regulated manufacturing background and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Three or more years of quality engineering experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485, FDA QMSR or equivalent.
• Experience with nonconformance management and CAPA.

Responsabilités

• Support quality engineering activities for products, processes, suppliers and components.
• Lead investigations for nonconforming materials and quality issues.
• Review supplier manufacturing processes and change notifications for quality impact.
• Collaborate on design changes, validation, risk assessments and transfer-to-production.
• Promote compliance with quality system requirements and customer expectations.
