Job summary

Philips Colorado Springs seeks a Quality Engineer 1 to support high-quality performance, compliance and continuous improvement at our Image Guided Therapy Devices site. You will analyze defects, drive NCs and QNs, implement CAPA actions, assist PFMEA assessments and design changes, support manufacturing process development and NPI transfers, and deliver metrics to stakeholders.

This on-site, full-time role requires presence in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in highly regulated product/manufacturing environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; ASQ certifications desired.
Experience with ISO-regulated environments and PFMEA.
Ability to perform the required physical, cognitive and environmental duties.

Responsibilities

Analyze defects and drive NC/QN dispositions; implement CAPA actions.
Assist in PFMEA assessments and design changes; support MFD development and NPI transfers.
Coordinate quality tasks and maintain manufacturing quality systems.
Apply statistical analysis to interpret data trends and resolve medium to high complexity requests.
Prepare quality metrics and reports for stakeholders; collaborate with suppliers, R&D and manufacturing to resolve issues.
