The role requires real-world experience in process engineering, lean manufacturing, and quality systems within a regulated industry. You will lead CAPA/NCR investigations, coordinate supplier quality initiatives, and drive RCCA actions across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with 4+ years of quality/engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and document FMEAs and RCCA investigations.
• Coordinate suppliers and verify quality per requirements.
• Develop supplier management programs.
• Support audits and quality systems compliance.
• Create quality plans with cross‑functional teams.
• Authors validation protocols and reports.
