Qualifications

Experience in a GMP and/or ISO-regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot escalated cases from Customer Service and provide timely feedback.
Support complaint processing and conduct investigations.
Perform failure analysis of returned devices and identify root causes.
