Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead new product launches with MSA, GD&T reviews, FMEA, control plans, FAI and DOE input.
• Identify critical variables and attributes; perform first article sampling and reporting.
• Develop inspection instructions and techniques; perform SPC dimensional monitoring.
• Support Program Management, oversee DMR control, write and implement Engineering Change Orders.
• Review existing production processes; identify opportunities for improvement and provide training.
• Utilize NCR systems to facilitate improvements and assist CAPA processes per ISO requirements.
