Job summary

Integra in Houston is seeking an experienced QA Mechanical Engineer to ensure mechanical systems and products meet strict specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements. You will develop inspection processes and lead investigations to improve product quality.

Responsibilities include validating parts to ASME/AWS/ASTM, leading CAPA, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, and maintaining QA documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 2+ years of mechanical engineering or QA experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tools (CMM, calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T, mechanical codes, and standards.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Skilled in QA tools: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, control plans.
