Job summary

LVT (LiveView Technologies) in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive performance, yield, and reliability across production lines on the manufacturing floor. You will collaborate with Manufacturing and Hardware Engineering to solve electro‑mechanical challenges, lead root‑cause analyses, and optimize automated test systems.

The role requires a Bachelors in engineering and 2–5 years in manufacturing with ISO 9001 knowledge and hands‑on experience with SPC, PFMEA, and CAD

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Electrical/ Automation Engineering or equivalent.
25 years in a manufacturing environment with automated test equipment and quality systems.
Experience with ISO 9001 and PFMEA processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve quality issues using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone methodologies.
Support design and operation of automated test fixtures and related software tooling.
Develop and maintain PFMEA, testing protocols, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor production data, yield, and Pareto defects to drive improvements.
Optimize test procedures and cycle times to improve first-pass yield while ensuring safety and quality.
Ensure methods and documentation comply with ISO 9001 and customer specs.
