Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in product quality review associated with the manufacturing process).
• Ability to Get and Hold a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products and services meet quality standards and that manufacturing processes are capable and qualified.
• Includes direct people management, staffing and performance development.
• Uses technical discipline knowledge and analysis to execute policy/strategy.
• Understands cross-functional integration and market competition factors.
• Leads small projects with low risks and guides teammates to consensus.
