Job summary

CooperVision, a division of CooperCompanies, is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Henrietta facility within the Quality Engineering team in Packaging and Distribution. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and root cause analysis to optimize processes and align with the company quality system.

The role involves leading investigations of NCRs, CAPAs and customer complaints, as well as participating in engineering change orders, validation and risk management efforts at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma and root cause analysis in manufacturing quality systems.
• Ability to lead investigations of NCRs, customer complaints and CAPAs.
• Familiarity with validation, risk management and engineering change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support key functions at the CooperVision Henrietta Facility within the Quality Engineering team in Packaging and Distribution.
• Lead and support root cause investigations of NCRs, CAPAs and customer complaints.
• Manage engineering change orders, validation activities and risk management.
