Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; QA accreditation/AIAG courses a plus.
• Minimum three years in quality engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience driving process/product quality control and lean manufacturing.
• Proficient with AIAG standards (PQP, PPAP, PFMEA), Cpk, SPC, 8D.
• Strong problem solving, root cause analysis, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain control plans for products and processes.
• Track and resolve daily quality issues on the shop floor with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead continuous improvement using lean principles.
• Drive supplier, product, and customer quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality control activities and internal audits; train junior technicians.
