Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team to strengthen and sustain the Quality Management System on-site in Annapolis. You will work with leadership to implement scalable quality processes and ensure high standards across design, production, and testing.

You will coordinate internal audits, process improvements, and quality releases while maintaining certifications. A Bachelor's degree in a related field, manufacturing quality experience, and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Process, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing quality and process improvement.
• AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certification experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Visio/PowerPoint/Project).

Responsibilities

• Present quality status to internal teams and customers.
• Facilitate and manage the Quality System with leadership.
• Deploy and implement QMS processes.
• Maintain AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
• Conduct internal audits (AS9100D, ISO, FOD, ESD, Safety).
• Lead nonconformance reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead root cause analysis activities.
• Assist with quality release.
• Other duties as assigned.
