Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC seeks a dedicated quality professional to maintain and advance the manufacturing quality process in alignment with customer requirements. You will prepare procedures, inspect records, and SOPs, interfacing with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and drive defect reduction.

The role involves leading corrective actions, performing first article inspections for NPI and ECN products, and supporting audits. Night shift availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must have problem-solving ability and independent judgment.
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP, Six Sigma, and ISO knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Must be willing to work the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quality-related documents such as procedures, records of inspections, and SOPs.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to solve all quality-related issues.
• Prepare, analyze and present Quality reports at DRT meeting as per cadence set by Customer.
• Participate and support Quality improvement processes as part of the DRT or QIT.
• Provide guidance, direction, and review to Quality Inspectors and OBAs.
• Prioritize and lead corrective actions for EQIRs/QNARs raised by customer for failed materials and other quality issues reported from the field and/or in process.
• Perform FAI on NPI, FCS, and ECN products. Work towards developing associated SOPs for applicable quality stations.
• Review and disposition Non-conforming material and work towards solutions to reduce scrap.
• Review planning readiness for NPI, ECO, and deviation implementation.
• Coordinate and support all purge and rework, provide timely feedback to customer for all Purge related activities via email and/or customer Portal.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
