Inova Staffing is sourcing a Quality Engineer for a direct-hire role on the west side of Cleveland. You will lead audits, evaluate QMS processes, and drive corrective actions across multiple teams.

You will mentor internal auditors and collaborate with supplier quality, operations, welding, inspection, IT, and other departments to improve data integrity and reporting. This position emphasizes hands-on involvement and strong communication.

Competenze

• 3+ years manufacturing, quality, or process-improvement experience.
• BS degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or engineering technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and inspection equipment.
• Detail oriented, fast paced, and self-directed.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
• Hands-on involvement in operations.
• Strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, conduct, and document risk-based internal audits.
• Manage audit findings, corrective-action follow-up, and verification.
• Evaluate QMS processes for compliance, implementation, and effectiveness.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Improve nonconformance process including data integrity and reporting.
• Develop procedures, work instructions, metrics, and training materials.
• Support management review and enterprise quality-improvement initiatives.
• Train and mentor internal auditors and process owners.
• Collaborate with supplier quality, operations, welding, inspection, IT, and other teams.
