Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the maintenance and reporting of the quality management system. You will implement policies to enhance quality awareness, process controls, and continuous improvement across production.

Responsibilities include designing inspection and testing plans, collaborating with development teams to embed quality in designs, and conducting root-cause analyses with corrective actions to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or related field (required).
• Experience in data analysis and quality improvement is preferred.
• Proficiency with SPC and statistical software such as Minitab or R is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure ISO/compliance.
• Design, execute, and oversee inspection and testing processes for products.
• Collaborate with product development teams to integrate quality into designs.
