Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop, implement, and sustain robust quality systems for towing and recovery equipment. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to identify issues, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes ISO 9001 standards, root-cause analysis, and effective documentation. Candidates should have a related Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in quality assurance or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience auditing QMS to ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead corrective actions and drive root-cause analysis.
• Perform internal audits and maintain quality records.
• Support MRB and disposition of non-conforming material.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality.
