Job summary

Actalent in Bedford, MA seeks a Quality Engineer to maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001, lead audits, and drive data-driven improvements. The role supports compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on quality engineering experience, Lean/Six Sigma familiarity, and strong collaboration skills to manage multiple projects and partner with cross-functional teams toward quality leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science and quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS practices.
• Experience leading internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and other standards.
• Lead external audits, including ISO surveillance and customer audits.
• Monitor QMS metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across products and processes.
• Prepare quality reports and support Management Review meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
