GTI Fabrication is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support and enhance our ISO 9001 QMS across manufacturing operations. You will lead RCCAs, analyze quality data, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement that reduces risk and protects the GTI brand.

The role emphasizes risk-based thinking, quality documentation, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure product conformity and audit readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with RCCA methodologies and quality tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, 5 Why, Fishbone, SPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with quality data analysis.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, and nonconformance processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality reporting systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain the ISO 9001 QMS effectiveness.
• Monitor and improve production and quality processes using data-driven methods.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and trend reports for reviews.
• Conduct risk assessments using PFMEA, control plans, and risk registers.
• Lead RCCA investigations and verify corrective actions.
• Support defect prevention and standardization efforts.
• Perform inspections, testing, and verification for conformity.
• Participate in MRB, nonconformance investigations, and rework verifications.
