Qualifications

• Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work on creation of AI agents or other automation for SPC controls.
• Work in MES system to drive quality control integration.
• Support Data collection for RIEs.
• Work on 9 step problem solving teams.
• Weekly report outs to leadership team members.
