Engineering Resource Group is seeking a Quality Engineer to support capital equipment and construction projects for an industrial energy services provider.

You will review vendor quality documentation, develop ITPs and QC procedures, and perform inspections at vendor sites and project locations, including welding, bolting, alignment, coatings, and storage. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience are required; AWS CWEI is a plus, and travel to sites is expected.

Qualificações

• Review vendor quality documentation and ensure compliance with project specs and codes.
• Develop inspection and test plans, QC procedures, and testing methods for active projects.
• Perform inspections and surveillance at vendor facilities and project sites per welding, bolting, and coatings standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records including NCRs and calibration logs.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyze quality data and report defect trends to management.

Responsabilidades

• Review vendor quality documentation and ensure compliance with project specs and codes.
• Develop inspection and test plans, QC procedures, and testing methods across active projects.
• Inspect and surveil vendor facilities and sites for welding, bolting, alignment, coatings, and storage.
• Prepare inspection and surveillance reports and maintain quality records.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate inspection activity with clients, purchasing, expediting, and logistics.
• Compile and review MDR books at project closeout and provide QA guidance to team members.
