  • ASQ CSQP or ability to obtain within one year.
  • U.S. person (per ITAR/EAR requirements).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

About the Role

Are you ready to take your quality expertise to the next level? As a Quality Engineer III, you’ll be a senior leader driving strategic quality initiatives, advancing our Quality Management System (QMS), and ensuring compliance across the organization. You’ll act as a deputy to the Quality Manager, lead critical audits, and champion continuous improvement efforts that directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as assistant to the QA Manager, leading meetings and supporting departmental planning.
  • Drive QMS harmonization and best practice standardization across sites.
  • Act as site lead for customer audits and regulatory inspections (ISO, AS9100, FDA if applicable).
  • Define and track strategic quality goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary problem-solving for systemic issues (scrap, warranty returns, field failures).
  • Develop and implement supplier quality programs, including audits and performance improvement plans.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead technical development sessions.
  • Support design for manufacturability (DFM), PFMEA, and process validation during product development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 standards.
  • Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Proven success in leading audits, managing customer/supplier relationships, and driving measurable improvements.
  • ASQ Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) or ability to obtain within one year.
  • U.S. person (per ITAR/EAR requirements).
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

The salary range for this position is $87,800-109,800. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
