Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a Quality Engineer III in Faribault, MN. You will lead quality initiatives, perform capability studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires a 4-year engineering degree with 4–6 years of experience and may prefer ASQ QC Auditor Certification. Location is on-site in Faribault with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate quality trends and collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing engineering, and production teams to solve concerns.
• Train others on quality topics: Quality Clinic Process, RCCA, Poke-yoke, ISO requirements, SOPs, and Kaizen activities.
