Job summary

Warn Automotive, a Dover Vehicle Service Group company, seeks a Quality Engineer to apply Six Sigma and quality engineering principles across production lines. You will define problems with PFMEA, monitor SPC metrics, develop measurement systems, and lead training on quality tools.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and QA to meet QMS requirements, support PPAP, MRB, and internal/external audits, and drive corrective actions to reduce defects in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics; CQE certification preferred.
• 5+ years in a quality environment with project leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience training in classroom or seminar settings.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete tasks with changing priorities and resources.
• Review and update PFMEA, Control Plans and related docs.
• Monitor quality outputs using SPC techniques.
• Lead training on quality tools (Six Sigma, DOE, SPC) for teams.
