Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science with 4+ years in quality or an advanced degree with related experience, and will be familiar with IQ/OQ/PQ and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years in Engineering/Quality or 2+ years with advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ validation lifecycle and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Design and implement inspection/testing methods; perform statistical analysis to assess product quality and cost of nonconformities.
• Ensure corrective actions meet reliability standards and documentation complies with requirements.
