Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, life science or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical device or regulated industry.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement process control systems to support development, qualification and ongoing manufacturing of products that meet requirements.
• Serve as an effective team contributor by supporting quality disciplines, decisions and best practices.
• Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, communicate and resolve quality issues.
• Support development and execution of consistent, streamlined business systems that identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local and divisional team members to ensure compliance with quality system requirements.
• Evaluate, review and approve project plans, risk management files and process verification activities.
• Provide quality engineering support for Project Astria, ensuring compliant and efficient sustaining manufacturing operations in CRM/NM final packaging at Quincy DC.
• Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with Quality Policy and processes.
