Job description

  • Quality Protocol Management: Develop and apply quality standards for processing materials into finished products, collaborating closely with Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • Testing & Evaluation: Design inspection methods and testing mechanisms to evaluate product accuracy; perform statistical analysis to assess deviations and cost impact.
  • Risk Management: Extensive experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential points of failure.
  • Supplier Qualification: Expertise in assessing and auditing vendors to ensure incoming materials meet strict quality specifications.
  • Design Transfer: Proven ability to transition products from the R&D/Design phase into a robust manufacturing environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement corrective measures to ensure long-term reliability and compliance.
  • Project Oversight: Manage quality projects from design transfer to full-scale implementation, ensuring all documentation aligns with internal and external requirements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biomedical or a related
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in quality engineering or a related professional discipline
