Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, reliability, or related fields.
• Experience leading or supporting root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Knowledge of quality systems, risk assessment methods, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate product, process, material, and manufacturing-related quality issues to identify root cause and determine corrective actions.
• Assess quality risks and evaluate impacts to manufacturing operations, product performance, and customer requirements.
• Analyze quality, operational, manufacturing, and supplier data to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Develop and implement containment, corrective action, and preventive action strategies.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities to resolve complex quality and manufacturing challenges.
