Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience working in aerospace quality systems preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering data and drawings for cross-functional guidance.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards.
• Proficient with MS 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate facility audits for internal, customer, and registrar audits.
• Maintain audit guidelines and coordinate third-party audits.
• Document audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Measure supplier performance and drive actions for excellence or corrective actions.
• Communicate with vendors to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of returns and drive improvements.
• Report quality metrics such as First Time Quality and defect rates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
