In this role, you will impact the success of aerospace programs by identifying quality risks, facilitating root cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans for aerospace programs to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate program quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or related field within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with quality management systems and statistical process control.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

  • Experience with aerospace quality standards such as AS9100.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
