Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in electro-mechanical manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 experience preferred.
• IPC 610/620 knowledge beneficial.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Visio skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance and quality initiatives on the production floor.
• Assist in training personnel on workmanship and quality standards.
• Review device history records for quality approval.
• Support NC/RCAs and CAPAs using PFMEA, Ishikawa, and Pareto analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ECN/ECO processing and impacts.
